  1. If there was a law stating that all new born baby boy's were to be execute should the office of the AG uphold those laws or not up hold them.  Same sex marriage is not this extreme and should not be compare to this but there has to be a line that the AG cannot cross even if stated in law.

There has to be a line that the AG has not to cross.  If the AG was faced with laws that forced say 10% of the population into gas chambers then the AG would have to reject this law.  Same sex marriage is not this extreme.  Now a more important question/point in all of this why should the state be the guardians of marriage. Why do we give the state the right to say who can and cannot get married and why is their a legal frame work for marriage.  Law and government should have nothing to do with marriage.
