  1. +Brendan Beckett Youtube is not liable for defamation because it is not a publisher and does not select content. Well I think this banning now demonstrates that they are a publisher. That now means every single bit of content is open to liability for facebook, youtube, apple but not yet google but could apply to google as they admitted they have a system of weighting content.
