  1. The teacher should lose her job if she is guilty. But this is a very complex issue should she go to jail if it was consensual. I have no answers for this. I find it disturbing that she would do this but at the same time if he was 3 years older would that make it ok. If he was having sex with some one of his own age does that make it more normal.

  2. But would this damage all 15 and 16 year old's. This is a very complex issue that has not real answers nor solutions. What is the difference between two 15 years having sex and a 15 year old and a 20 year old. If this was a case of abuse were the older person forced them self physically or psychologically on a younger person then it would be different. This is a more complex issue than people realize. And I am not saying what this teacher done was right either.
