Consent is not as simple as people understand.  First of all if that girl was on somebody else property does privacy then exist.  If she is carrying out a sex act with another person is that act then private and is the sex act considered consent in its self especially if she is in another property. And did she ask not to be filmed if say the camera was a security system.  it is a very complex subject that people have not thought about in detail.

  2. So if you murder a rake of people and wonder around your house naked and somebody takes a picture then consent is required.  Consent is more complex than you realize and could expand upon this many fold and show that consent would lead in directions that are unexpected.

  3. Consent is a slippery topic.  If you have a dash cam for example do you need other drivers consent. Or if you carry a hidden camera for protection is consent required for that.  I will throw up another scenario. What if a guy has a one night stand and records his sex act with another person.  And then that person claims they were raped. should that footage require consent.  Where do we stop all of this.
