  1. You have no idea of the context on this story. I find it disgusting that people would think it is ok to handcuff a child and lead him out for the world's media to use it for political gains. The very fact that media cameras were theirs to capture the arrest is extremely worrying. The media has already shown that they will lie when it comes to children.

  18. No. Not necessarily. We have no idea what state the victims were in such as were they really tired, consumed alcohol, were heavy sleeper or was there more than one person committing the acts. We will need to wait for the authorities to really come out and explain what they think has happened.

The fact a 10 year old is paraded in front of national media for a electronic message that we have absolutely no context of is beyond belief and shows the level the media is willing to stoop to.   48.  @dmcdevitt8  Leading a young child out in handcuffs and then broadcasting it to the world is hardly a solution to a problem. The fact this has to be explained to people is just mindboggling. That child is now going to have that story hang over him for ever. This is not some sort of discipline where the child learns something or some form of treatment for a psychological disorder.

  50. If the owner of the store is charged with attempted murder then the suspect who stole the beer should be as well considering that his actions created the whole incident. The shop owners safety was at risk for because of those actions.
