  1. Science is magic as it allow us to understand the universe and design the universe. Science will allow us to build gods and allow us to become gods. nanotechnology will also us to build objects and manage energy that would be consider magic only 200 year ago. Science will also us to save the actual planet as we will allow us to use less energy. Nano technology could allow us to use about 10 people worth of energy per the whole earth population.

  2. Objects are not inanimate at all there many reaction occurring in a rock just as much as in the human brain. The difference is that the human brain or any brain has a structure were by energy reaction is in a particular fashion. No mater is inanimate it will reaction with certain circumstances just as neurons. The amino acids that DNA strings form are found in rocks and sand and many other place but under correct action and reaction they help for DNA.

  3. Hahahahahaha The atoms that exist in a rock such carbon also exist in DNA and people. And those atoms exchange electrons no matter were they are. And energy states in a rock are the same as in humans they obey mechanisms. So there.

  4. We may not be co-creators but then we might be hard to say. We know for a fact at a minimum that the universe is conscious because we are and we are matter with in the universe. Even if we are completely random in an infinite universe with no purpose we are still an amazing outcome. My personal view is that there is a god and this is derived from my philosophical view of science using logic. (I study mathematics both abstract and applied).

  5. Not at all what you are referring to is culture behaviors. The technological singularity is about the expansion of human intelligence. We are constantly getting smarter and find new methods to build upon intelligence. In the 2020 people will have there intelligence amplified to levels we can only dream about today. This is only heading in one direction were we become gods(by today's standards).

  6. How I am able to derive such a concept of god is based upon very basic analysis. A simple truth table can be established for the following with either a false of positive. But the outcome can only be one of the table. The universe is infinite with no multiverse. (multiverse=infinite universes). The universe is finite with mulitverse. These are the outcomes of human logic and science what Einstein called a thought exercise. And these outcomes lead to a god by the virtue of infinity,

  7. I use the word god but it would be super intelligence. If you said "transcends our understanding of the physical world" to a scientist they would freak out. But the truth is that infinity leads in this direction were by there are no limits and this means it would transcend any ability to understand. We will be come god our self in some fashion and this will be in the not too distant future. have you heard of the technological singularity.

  9. The US may have a high population of fundamentalist religion compared to European countries but it is still a leader in the scientific research that will reverse all this change. I believe in god but not one with hands that will help us.
