  1. Dershowitz is one of America's leading constitutional lawyers. I am sure if you ask him he will tell you there is no such legal term as word salad. I am just not sure you understood that.

  2. A president cannot be indicted by the justice department. Mueller works for the justice department and his investigation is under the jurisdiction of the justice department. The only option to remove a president is impeachment. There is not going to be an interview with Trump and Mueller knows this as does the justice department. There is 200 years of legal and political precedent on these matters. Not even Nixon with watergate could be investigated by the justice department. I will go one further not even a secretary of state will get indicted.
