  1. +Julie Roop They will actually find anything tough to stick on Barrett. Racism is not easy to stick on a person and neither is their past voting record. Every dirty trick they try will be really difficult to stick on a female judge. If the republicans had a few more seats in the senate they could get Kavanaugh rammed through. I doubt a few republicans out of cowardice are about to jump ship.

  4. Racism does not have the same connotations politically has sexual assault. It is almost impossible to prove racism other than having an actual recording of the event. He said she said does not work with racism. If republican could gain a seat or two in the senate elections they could get a Kavanaugh through otherwise it will be really tough.

  5. I suspect that Kavanaugh is not going to make it. Democrats and their media buddies have poisoned the well of politics. It would be best now if Kavanaugh removed himself from the process and Trump then puts in Amy Coney Barrett. The problem right now is that several republicans are about to jump ship and that is going to create a situation that the democrats want. They are trying to to delay the process and get it to after the elections where they might have a chance of taking the majority. A few weeks ago I would have said for the republicans not to back down but there are now too many allegations that is going to just slow the process up. Kavanaugh could be the next court appointment if the elections go well for the republicans.
