  1. So how is 40% a majority. I understand people say mathematical standards are slipping no way has is declined that much. I think everybody knows that 40% is less than 50%.

  6. 40% is not a majority nor would it really be anything significant in voting especially if that 40% does not know what Roe v. Wade is.
