  1. It is the one topic I would disagree with Trump on. I understand why he is doing it. Instead what should be enforced is that the parents are not given automatic right to stay in America because their child has that right. The reason why nobody wants to really tackle the problem is that it is a political hot potato. I doubt the constitution is very clear on this point and an executive order cannot override the constitution.

  2. Any child Born in America is American. It is that simple but it should not mean that the parent gets to stay. If the laws were enforced properly there would not be "anchor babies".
