  1. The US government does not actually know what they are. Many politicians and civil servants do not even believe in UFO's even when presented with the evidence. Just as you will find people in your own life that does not believe in them even when presented with evidence.

  7. It is not weird the government is now at a point that there is so much information out there that they cannot ignore the issue. You have to understand not everybody in government believes in this stuff even when there is evidence. Some people believe it is demons, others aliens and other interdimensional beings. How are you to convince everybody what it is with such limited information.

  11. The media has always played with it but never wanted to go all out on it. You have to understand that to push the story in media as a journalist or presenter could be the end of a career. We are now getting to the point that the evidence cannot be so easily ignored. Nobody really knows what they are and that even includes the government.
