  1. Use a part of peoples taxation payment for a healthcare savings account. That way they in a mandatory system but they are already paying for it and will not actually notice the payment.

  3. If they can get a few democrats on board they can work with it especially if they sell it as a universal system of healthcare savings accounts like Singapore. Tell democrats they want to work with them.

  4. Singapore has healthcare savings accounts and they spend a third of what the US spends per GDP and guess what they do not have people dieing for lack of coverage. There insurance system also means that a family member could get full time home help for a relative for about $100 a month. If the US uses this system as Rand is proposing then the US will end up number one in the world for healthcare.
