+Stanton High This is just my take from it and is not fact whatsoever. It is my opinion. He probably got a little bit cocky and thought he had the me too movement behind him. So when he made all those crazy allegations on CNN he probably thought he could do the same with Nike. He may be innocent of the actually charges but he is also an innocent lawyer way out of his depth against big legal players.
