  9.  @olivierb9716  I assume by it you mean Ivanka. Ivanka is an ivy league honor graduate. Obama administration in 2013 put Caroline Kennedy as ambassador to Japan without any prior experience. It is one of America's most important form roles internationally. Ivanka was there at the presidents behest in a none form office role.
