  1. +Mary Plaidy I was going to say all of that but you beat me to it. The president can pull out of any trade agreement he is just not allowed to sign America up to one on his own. Which is why Paris accord was so dodgy and never should haven happened. I doubt the republicans will need to place new laws in place to ensure that a future president cannot sign the US up to an international trade arrangement and pass it off as an accord.
