  1. Assad has a vicious reputation and has done this before. Assad was more than likely testing Trump to see what he was willing to do. He already tested Obama. There was many people who seen the attack unfolding and more than likely US satellite intelligence picked it up as well and so did ground intelligence.

  3. There was intelligence that government forces dropped chemical weapons on civilians. Assad has a very long history with this. Do people want to know why Assad did this he was testing to see what America would do. Because America has done nothing in the last 8 years.
