But it is not Open trade with China. It is a trade deal that allows certain countries to export their products to the US but then does not allow the US the same deal.

He is not the worst by any accounts. You are only saying that because you experiencing his presidency. Jimmy Carter was worse by a mile but then again Carter had different issues to deal with. I would say Nixon is worse than Obama because he signed trade deals with China that had no real rules attached to them. At least Obama has done nothing.
