  4. As bad as the Russian military has been in Ukraine they would still crush the Chinese military on the open battlefield. In conventional warfare the only militaries that could defeat Russia would be the US military and UK military.

  8. There would be zero benefit to China capturing siberia with the treat of a Russian armed intervention. I think people have assumed because of Ukraine that Russian military is not effective. In that sort of special operations invasion that tried to copy the US Russia was not effective but on the open battle field involving artillery the Russian forces would crush the Chinese.

  14. China has less chance of taking Russia than it does in taking Taiwan. In an invasion of Taiwan the Chinese would have massive casualties and Taiwanese missiles would destroy the lower and southern half of China in exchanges. Russia on the other hand has nuclear weapons that would be very effective in a regional war against China but they would not be as effective in intercontinental warfare.
