  1. Kennedy would be stupid to run in 2020. He will more than likely run in 2024. But he talks about balancing budgets and in the same sentence talks about spending more money. This makes no sense at all. And will the democratic party which has never cared about balanced budgets allow him to enable this. The democratic party tried to stop this father and uncle from balancing the books. When JFK tried to get tax cuts the party was against him from the start.
