  1. Switzerland had a work permit system that would be more strict than Germany or France.  But the system still was letting large numbers of people into the country that was not sustainable for Switzerland.  They have also tightened laws on refugee status. There is a pattern of refugees going home on holidays.

  2. A report stating that Switzerland gets more out of immigrants is more than likely biased.
