  6. Have you launched an official compliant with them. Make sure they have lodged it as an official complaint so that you have a record of what is going on. That is your very first step. Go and read up on what the required response times are for that complaint. How do you know that you were hacked through the hotel WiFi was there a forensic investigation carried out on that?

  9.  @pauljulian2963  The EU is not a country. UK exports to the US are in excess of £140 billion. The UK imports more from the EU than it does Exports so the UK has the advantage in that market.
