  2. @Language and Programming Channel I would not use the term totalitarian to describe the UK because it has MP's, courts and other measures in place to try and create some sort of balance. If the UK just had a king and nothing else then it could be described as totalitarian. Do you mean totalitarian to say that there is too much centralized power in the UK?
