SO you think they are just going to easily build their new power plants on existing fission reactor infrastructure?
1
@brianjonker510 No. You just avoided by question. D oyou think they can easily build new power plants in existing infrastructure. Yes or no.
1
Horrible? Where do people keep getting this from. Buick, Lincoln and Cadillac all produce vehicles that are as nice as anything coming out of Europe.
1
@CubbyTech Ford Sells more F-150 than Mercedes and BMW sells combined in North America. LOL.
1
@poslovnollc Hemp is not cotton and is nowhere near as readily useable and requires processing. Doing that at industrial scales is more complex.
1
The US is going to use an incremental approach every so often that will amount to higher interest rates. So they may get interest to 3 or 4% and then a 2% jump will probably happen.
1
US inflation is not even inflation by other countries metrics. For too long the financial reporting has been understating inflation levels. What you are seeing is part of the just the natural market cycle. Do not confuse supply and inventory with inflation.
1
It will started WW3.
1
If you have a billion people in a population and there is a 50% reduction in that population per generation that means within 5 generations that number will drop to about 130 million people. That does not take into account overlapping generations. If the number is a small number such as say 8% reduction per generation it will go unnoticed for the first few generations but within 5 generations the total population will drop to 680 million and that whole process will also be disguised by the overlapping generations.
1
That can ge a more regional aspect within the US rather than the whole supply chain at this point. The price at the retail end may not adjust for a quarter or season later or even have annual corrections.
1
@mrgyani Bangladesh will also have machines and other things to cover as well.
1
But they have to survive as a country to be a superpower.
1
Those are politics and he tends to not deal with those.
1
If Trump had not of played his political character to be that harsh (he is not like that in real life) the media and public may not have disliked him as much. And if Obama had worked with his own party and the republicans a bit more he would have been more more liked.
1
Great no but he did more than the previous president to him but that would not be hard considering.
1
That is the weakness of a multiparty system. There is no singular voice and no singular policy group that can be put into place too let people see what works.
1
There are plenty of places in Europe that are full of cheap vacation homes. France is full of them.
1
@drones7838 Once it happens the first time it will start a series of trends. It only needs to happen once for it to cause a series of cascading effects.
1
China debt problem is going to collapse all on its own. This will probably not be the match that sets it off but who really knows.
1
The internet of things is embedded computation and those simply systems are part of that overall concept. Digital watches are starting to become networked as are fridges, washing machines and coffee makers.
1
It does not affect the Russians to the same extent hence why they will make advances until the terrain allows movement. What will happen then is that the Ukrainians will get the upper hand but at some point Russia will increase the density of the onslaught.
1
@PrimarchX Putin and the government of Russia do not care about the Wagner group. They will be used until they are broken and destroyed. I am not saying logistics are not important but it will not really be the outcome of the war. Russia never had good logistics and they tended to just take what they needed as they moved forward in waves. The key here is how much resources the Ukrainians can get to increase their density of defence. Russia could fail at this several times but still keep sending in numbers from Russia until Ukraine cracks. This war is about the very survival of Russia so they are not going to give up.
1
Designed in the UK but based on American designs and patents. ARM has their own patents as well.
1
Once Russia or China takes on that insurance those tankers will be fair game.
1
So you are going to blame the US for Japans childless culture?
1
The dollar is the only stable currency in the world.
1
@kaulassala Earthquakes are caused by tectonic plates not pockets in shale formations. Modern equipment is so sensitive that it can detect force based impression in far off regions. They are pretending it is earthquakes when it is nothing of the sort.
1
It will not give any benefits at all. If the strikes are vicious enough and they are willing to go far enough what will happen is that alternatives such as the waterways may end up coming into play and that could be disastrous for a local union worker whose very livelihood depends on a particular system such as rail. There are other countries were the railways collapsed because they played that very same game.
1
Russia is not the Soviet army but Ukraine is not the German army either.
1
Obama did not do well at managing the executive and neither did Trump but they performed like that for different reasons.
1
George jr was raised in Texas.
1
@CouchDoritos QE is not being used to keep companies afloat. There are easier ways of doing that. It is used primarily to make sure there is enough cash in reserve that can be circulated when there is a demand. It has happened over the years were banks had enough cash on their books but the actual amount available during surge periods was there. US QE is very mild compared to what countries normally do.
1
@crombee8947 Sources? i would be hear all year trying to present to all the information required for you to proof my point. if you want to learn I can point you in the right direction but it is not an easy path and would require lots of study.
1
Using 40000 armillary rounds a day in a non industrial system will most certain deplete their supplies.
1
@NAUM1 The US is trade and resource independent.
1
@jwiegraffe6290 All of that is playing with fire but NATO would need to stand up for its selt at some point.
1
@rejvaik00 Limits and ability can be established based on the time frames involved, geography and he supply of materials.
1
@willchristie2650 That is all true that Russia would be destroyed but in turn there would be a lot of destruction in the other direction (not complete destruction though).
1
That is not the job of a president. If Obama wanted a social revolution then the role of the president is not a good avenue.
1
It is not about controlling economy it is about trying to stop inflation from running away.
1
@frankbieser Historically increasing interest rates is one of the tools that cools inflation. Not that it stops it completely as there needs to be economic policy beside that but that is outside the perview of the fed and has to be done via the executive, legislator and people.
1
When decline happens it can be very rapid.
1
I am an EV fan but they simply are not going to take over the market place anytime soon. Governments, politicians and the media are being unrealistic about them.
1
I am not one of those that is convinced of a evolutionary theory of virus adaptation. I think that it is more of a random variable event that has different outcomes. The virus variant that is left standing is the one that just happens to be less lethal rather than it being some specific purpose of the virus. I am also one of those that does not believe in Darwin's theory of evolution either.
1
@giovanni-ed7zq Tanks are mobile and artillery is not. Russian Artillery can be targeted with loitering munitions as well.
1
@curioussand1339 What the same clever people that created policies in Europe that is creating a population crash. The idea of leaving things to clever people is one of the reasons Europeans have such apathetic political views. They are so bad that they have allowed socialists to create economic policies that they openly boast will destroy economic growth.
1
That can be the problem when things go crazy.
1
@shorewall Russia has not declare war because it really is a one time deal. Putin is probably thinking he can use it elsewhere.
1
@FoundWorthy Russia does not have that long which means they may make desperate moves.
1
@jbtechcon7434 The money that the boomer have keep bangs and financial institutions healthy in cash. And Boomers tend to be consumers in terms of essentials like their homes, healthcare and looking after family members. The reason why the US does not have a elderly care crisis like many other countries is down to the fact the elderly in the US have good retirement funds.
