  8.  @MultiDrew83  They have thousands of nuclear weapons and a population that could for a military's that is several million strong. All it takes is a series of events to set this all off.

  9. There needs to be a fine balance. Pissing off every day working Russians is not good either as it may move the mood of their country towards a greater war.

  10. Russia is weird in that it is not technically totalitarian but does have a leadership class that is brutal. And there is corruption from the very top to bottom. I think it is a weird modern phenomena that has sprang out of the global world. China is another very weird place.
