  1.  @protorhinocerator142  Advanced targeting systems and control systems have allowed even dumb weapons systems to become a lot more accurate. Outside of America nobody else is even close when it comes to the accuracy of control systems.

  2. Peter has never said that Russia was strong compared to the west. This is really Ukraines first tango so it was assumed that Russia would flatten them. The war is not yet over and for all we know Russia could outlast Ukraine. Will need to wait and see how this all goes down.

  3. Age also has to be factored into the systems durability. Most Russian equipment is pre mid 1980s. Russia suffered a manufacturing break down in the 1980s as their economy was collapsing at that point.

  5. You are assuming that the Russian military knows exactly what is going on. There is a culture in their military today of keeping their heads down and not saying anything negative.

  6. It could destroy Ukraines future food security and while it would hurt Russian supplies it would do far more damage to the civilians.

  7. The way things are shaping it looks like the Russians simply may not understand the current situation. Now to counter this it could be assumed that the Russians have a lot more supplies than people realize.
