  4. Trading partners and NATO is not the reason Russia and China will not attack the US. The reason is that they are scared of the response. Both China and Russia have backed down from the US in the last 15 years when it came to squaring up militarily. The US has a bigger air force that the next top 10 countries combined and this is top end technology as well. Even the US navy has a bigger Air force that China.
