If he stays on the democratic party will always have this hanging over their heads. They will not have any moral high ground with Trump at all. If Franken stays in office the democrats will be hypocrites if he leaves the democrats will also lose the moral high ground. Another person has alleged that Franken was stalking her. When Trump was joking on the access hollywood bus most of you were saying he was an abuser of women but the moment a democrat is actually photographed as a predator you say it is a joke. Harvey Weinstein who groped and kissed women against their will also probably thought it was not abuse and was some big thrill joke. For that woman to have a man first of all forcibly kiss her because he claims he wrote a script and then to pose in a sexually explicit act over her when she was asleep would be disgusting to her. Imagine her seeing the photo a few weeks after she got home and then immediately thought about the forced kiss. It probably made her skin crawl. I can tell you know I am a man who would brush comments of from other men as a joke no matter how disgusting they were but if I found a photograph of a man posing over me when I was asleep and was at my bum or groin I would feel disgusted. What else has he done that is not in the photo. Did he put his hand anywhere else?

I cannot say if what Franken did was a crime because he was on a military aircraft. I am just not sure how it works. Has he committed a federal offence?

  22. It is irrelevant to what you want to buy you can do that in a shop. He has allegations made against him and a photo of the incident and he came out and apologies saying it was a joke. I am sure rapist will say it was a joke as well but that does not mean it is right or justified. One of two things is going to happen here either Franken is destroyed or the democratic party takes the political sandstorm from this and is destroyed. This is not going away anytime soon.

Plus a man who does that to a women he is working with is very sick indeed. Could you imagine yourself doing that when one of your colleagues is asleep and her getting the photo a few weeks later and not knowing it happened. Imagine one of your male colleagues did it to you. I would freak out to be honest and I suspect you would as well. That clearly is a sexual image that he is trying to display. We all know that. Stop pretending.

  24. The picture shows her asleep while Franken is abusing her. There is not getting away from the picture. If she just made the allegations herself you would be trying to destroy her but since their is a photo you cannot.
