  3. He is being honest America spending 10 trillion that it does not have in the middle of a global economic crisis is not a sensible thing to be doing. Joe Manchin would pass a bill if it was sensible and not full of blowback deals for certain democratic senators and certain republican senators. There are republicans that would love to go with the deal but are too scared to go against the base of the party but they want the sweetheart deal. It would be great if there was republicans that would call out their own party like Joe Manchin is doing right now.
