  1. The thing about this drug treatment is that it can be applied to different cancer but not to all cancers. Hopefully we can look forward to more and more treatments being available.

  4. Rectal cancer is so difficult to treat due to none of the drugs out there working and operations being very complicated to the point that they cannot be used on many patients. This new drug treatment now means that if it does return they can use it again and also it enable early screening to to allow surgical treatments to be more successful.

  5.  @Strawn149  It is already a drug that has been approved and is on the market place. The real problem is trying to find out where this treatment is applicable.

  8. The research has been in development for decades and now we are starting to the reality of the promising research.
