Every 10 years the National Parks review their plans, and consult with all stakeholders for a year, as they review and write a plan for the next 10 years. The plan in Jasper was updated in 2022. And anyone with an interest in the park had a chance to contribute to the plan. AND the plan calls for the removal of dead trees and continued controlled burns in the park.
