  4. @UncleHoward-rf1re  yes I really know this. Today I have turned 77 and I have seen countries trying to buy friends. I have yet seen this idea work for long. I don't think that the taxpayers of a country use their own money to spent on other countries..Thanks for answering, I wanted to see what others thought were..
