  1. I considered the onerous MSWin 11 requirements as a **feature**; it prevented a whole lot of systems from "migrating" (I won't call it "upgrading") to MSW11. That would mean fewer MSWin systems as machines moved to Linux, *BSD, or other systems. As an alternative, it would mean there would be a whole lot of cheap or free machines becoming available.
