  6. Chris, NZ has done this with some of their tax restructures in property and it has pushed rents way up. Meanwhile, government is wondering how it all happened, unaware their actions enabled it to happen.

  20. You're so right. Governments are very unreliable when it comes to spending money. The amount of $$$ that gets chewed up on admin and other nonsense costs is out of this world.
