  2. PG&E is strictly regulated by the state of California. Huge required investments in wind and solar has put PG&E in an impossible position. The government and PG&E are to blame.

  3. Supply is now always threatened when the evenings are hot, dark and windless. With out an energy storage solution, renewable options are useless in these conditions. Kind of like the rest of our glorious state..... Useless.
