  1. That bit Ed Byrnes did about "How's My Driving" brings to mind a practical joke I thought up but never did. What you'd do is call one of those numbers and tell whoever answers that the driver is following all the traffic rules and make compliments like how smoothly he changes lanes. You know that's going to really confuse the person on the other end because nearly everyone who calls does so to complain about someone's driving.
