  1. Why in the world should they get SROs? If this is about giving people food and shelter, then barracks style living and dining is the way to go. SROs will just turn into drug dens. What we mostly have is a fentanyl/meth problem, more than an economic homeless problem.

  2. Drug addicts should go into full time treatment programs, severely mentally ill should be institutionalized, genuinely disabled should be taken care of. The rest can go back to living under a bridge for all I care.
