  1. Proof enough to convince me that Russia did this on purpose.. The Russian's had bragged about destroying the dam in their state propoganda for the first few hours after the dam breach before reversing course & blaming the Ukrainians for "shelling" the dam. The Russian's had previously set of a demolition charge to destroy the roadway section of the dam during Ukraine's Kherson offensive months prior. It was an open secret that Russia had mined the pump house of the dam six months prior. The Ukrainians probably prevented the demolition of the dam six months earlier because they publicly stated that they knew Russia had mined it. The Russian's are exactly stupid enough to do this shit.! The Russian's are desperate, scared & spiteful enough to do this shit. The Russian's already blew a dam in Ukraine to stop the advance of the Nazis in 1941.! And finally... I'm totally ready to believe that the Russian's did this because of every other terrible war crime they've already eagerly committed.!
