  1. Classifing everything as national security is going to really put a drag on the economies of the west. Its hard to make money when everything has export restrictions.

  2.  @lunaci1103 The US can put pressure on Israel and it should do more. However The Israelis and Palestinians on average don’t want a two state solution each side believes they deserve the whole thing. The US cant make them agree. Keep in mind that Israel can buy weapons from non US sources and do whatever as it has military control of the region.

  3. I agree that the principal objective should be to avoid a war with china. Taiwan should be protected with deterrence by providing defensive missile systems. However if the US tries to cripple the Chinese economy we may force the Chinese government into a rash military action. Nothing scares Chinese politicians more than high unemployment and unrest.
