  3. The thing you guys don't realize is that it's actually BUSH'S SPENDING. We are still repaying that debt. Federal spending has actually fallen under Obama. In fact the debt is shrinking too rapidly and this is harming the growth of the economy. Stop drinking the Rush koolaid.

  4. The debt ceiling relates to money already spent by George W. It is his debt we are trying to repay. Conservatives don't want people to know that. It is also a lie that the affordable care act will raise the debt. It actually cuts the debt by reducing costs and fraud. Don't you realize greedy health insurance co's are upset that the ACA makes them pay out 85 percent of what they take in on health care? That they no longer have caps on coverage, etc? This is why they are fighting it so rigorously.

  7. No, Obama has been playing a chess game with the conservatives. Why would insurance co's and the Koch brothers spend so much money fighting the affordable care act, if their only objection was that it wasn't good for the american people? Oh come on. Like they care about our well being? Obviously the insurance co's stand to lose profit. Poor babies.
