  1. Comparing british, french and Axis approach to simplified cheap guns, I now have some interesting thoughts about PTRS/PTRD simultaneous production. One is simple, one is fancy. Produce both until you fill up the needs and get some extra stock on top. I wonder how such approach might have changed things if it was used more and in advance instead of being reactionary.
