  1. Battle rifle is a term invented in 90's to disprove claims of BAR and the likes. Assault rifle is the term invented by germans in 1943. Avtomat? Invented BEFORE WWI and stayed the same to this day:P

  3.  @peterchambers2401  it's an avtomat. BAR is an automatic rifle. It's how and for what they're created. Don't try to squeeze obsolete and mostly wrong english exclusive classification here.
