  1. ​ @Jreb1865 ah yes, ATF. A bureau that thinks it is IRS and DEA combined, meanwhile it has no job of its own(I mean, tax stamping should be done by IRS and alcohol and tobacco fall uder DEA if we go by logic). So it's a mystery why it exists... or why DEA does.

  2.  @Jreb1865  that hardly makes sense nowadays. Taxes - IRS, alcohol and tobacco - DEA, dangerous misuse of explosives - FBI. Either put drugs under ATF and disband DEA or disband ATF and allow everyone above to do their jobs.
