@Larry-p7s3s 48 and 67 were not defensive wars. Both were started by Israel. 48 was indirectly started by Israel and 67 was directly started by them. They only have back lands after the 73 war because they realized they can't afford to fight Egypt again.

@Larry-p7s3s Why did they give back the Sinai but keep the Golan? They were scared of Egypt and not Syria. "Land for peace" was the crap they sold to their domestic audience. The real reason was they couldn't afford another war against an Egypt that was rapidly developing every day.
