  3. China has so many domestic issues from property to Covid lockdowns and declining manufacturing base as countries reshore and onshore. Add the demographics due to the 'one child policy' meaning a decimated future workforce, the prognosis is not good. I would give it less than ten years to survive. Less than that if Xi invades Taiwan - the sanctions as applied to Russia would kill off China's economy in less than 12 months - since China is so dependent on imports such as energy, coal, iron ore, food etc.
