I'm a welder. the owner of Southern Spear Ironworks is a man named Shawn. he hires managers and welders and painters and secretaries. they don't own the company and if the painters had any say, nothing would get done because thoss lazy dicks play on their phones and complain about having to do their job.

i got into an argument with a commie who talked about this. he claimed that the company should belong to the workers. he admitted his ignorance of how industries even operate when i brought up a real world example: Southern Spears Ironworks in Chattanooga. the owner was a real estate investor who bought an old textile factory and had it renovated. he then hired Ironworkers and started getting contracted to erect structures. some of his employees who are painters tend to sit around playing with their phones and occasionally tear up equipment. he hired a manager named Neely who has falsified documents and AWS certifications for their contract to build the McMurdo station in Antarctica. i called the TBI on him.
