@mickoz9389 How many companies are lining up to produce nuclear power in Australia?
2
@stewatparkpark2933 Thanks to John Howard. But those interested in producing nuclear power had a decade to lobby a coalition government. If they did it was apparently it was a waste of time and money.

@whiskeygamer9402 Hi whiskey! Just keeping in contact, in case you ever change your mind.

Sorry to hear that.

@ethansetzer Let me know what state and I will check.

Please demonstrate he was lying.

@ThatGuy-ze5kk So no evidence then. You be careful! Putin does not take failure from his minions very well.

@buildmotosykletist1987 I can't find your claim anyway. Finland has 5 nuclear power plants for a population of ~5.5m and an area~340 km2. Australian has a population of ~26.1m and an area of ~7700 km2. How many nuclear plants do you suggest are needed? In the mean time, while they are being built and given that we both acknowledge climate change is a huge problem, what energy sources should be used?
1
@buildmotosykletist1987 You had the chance to prove that, yet you refused to. But at least you prefer the cheapest roads.
1
@buildmotosykletist1987 That is impressive! Given that in Australia nuclear power is not permitted and that it will take several years before a reversal in legislation, and before tenders are even sent out and then accepted. What is the best option in the mean time?
1
@buildmotosykletist1987 C'mon don't run away again lets continue the discussion.

You do know that technology evolves.

It was Howard that banned nuclear power plants.

@jnottinghamborn5949 Yes it is hypocritical. But nuclear power plants were banned by a conservative government in the 80's. Another conservative government then had a decade to reverse the policy until 2022.

@buildmotosykletist1987 You could well be right. Are you able to regularly avoid those capitalist roads that you hate so much? I hope so.
