Exactly i completely understand why skilled workers are moving away. Low wages, high costs and very low living quality. Many companies even decrease your holiday constantly. 10 15 years ago it was usual to get 30 days a year. Good ones even had 32 or 35. Now they give like 26.

The skilled people dont move to germany. Theyre moving away. The whole world knows that germany became the honeypod for poor people and criminals. The gdp will grow this year by 0.0% .... The healthcare system isnt as goog as people think in fact its completely a fraud. You pay 1000 - 1500 for not finding a doctor and appointments by a specialist in like 8 months. Nearly 50% from your income is taxes and insurance. On top of that you have to pay for daycare for little kids ( if you lucky enough to find even a place ). Schools are fuller than full. Inflation became unbelievble high. Owning a house? Forget it. Even owning a car will cost you at least 1000 if its old garbage.

@giovannidepetris6335 its nearly 50% in germany too. Bc your "brutto lohn" (income before taxes) isnt the same amount your boss pay. Your boss pay the same amount of social insurance like you so e.g. a 2000€ job is in fact a 2300€ 2500€ job and after taxes youll have like 1300€

@giovannidepetris6335 the same in germany. The wages arent the amount your boss is paying for you. He also have to pay for your social insurance so you get to nearly 50% of your wage for taxes and insurance
