  4. The reason Russia started a new war for territory in Europe is because Russia got away with all Russian war crimes during WW2, so Russia never learned any lessons. Russia entered WW2 as Nazi ally (joint Nazi-Russian invasion of Poland in 1939), then invaded other countries, was kicked from the League of Nations, committed many war crimes such as the Katyn and NKVD prisoner massacres, but wasn't prosecuted because Russia switched sides in the middle of WW2 (1941). But Russian war criminals will not be that lucky this time around.

You can't compare Iraq to Ukraine. Iraq itself was the aggressor that invaded and annexed Kuwait, and violated UN Resolution 1441 and 16 UN resolutions before that. If you insist on comparing Russian invasion of Ukraine to other wars, you'll have to compare apples to apples, the previous similar war for territory in Europe was WW2. Nazi Germany paid for its aggression, and Putin's Russia will pay for the same reason.

UN Resolution ES-11/4 12 October 2022 demands that Russia "immediately, completely and unconditionally withdraw" from Ukraine as it is violating its territorial integrity and sovereignty. 143 countries in favor, 5 against (North Korea, Nicaragua, Syria, Russia, Belarus).
