  1. Well. maybe he is softening, he said he'd end the w*r here in 24 hours, then it was 100 days, now it's "maybe 6 months". There is a glimmer of hope as Lt. Gen. Hodges stated. Let's see how it pans out.When Avdiivka fell, I said to my Ukrainian wife - "...the Russians will be looting our flat (in Pokrovsk) by the end of the year..." - they got close, 5km, but they are not looting our flat yet. Lt. Gen. Hodges correct in that prediction. Thank God I was wrong.
