So here is what I know about the subject, currently there are two types of drone being used on the frontlines, one is FPV or suicide drone, and the second is scout hunter drones, the FPV drones are mainly used for vehicles but AFU has started making a light anti personal drone as well aiming at creating injuries with shrapnel, the Scout Hunter drones such as Mavrick or Baba Yaga drones can be equipped with grenades' or small IED to be dropped over targets usually carrying around 4 to 6 grenades'. The idea is to dispute rotation of personals, trying to catch a unit in the open. Usually drone teams can be made up from 2 to five people depending on staffing locations and so forth. One person operates the Scout Hunter while others operate FPVs.

Ukrainian formations are mainly mobilized who Staff anywhere from 30 to 50 perfect of a brigade, their equipment is not better only a few brigades have nato weapons, they are not dug in seeing that Ukrainian troops are leaving two main position, which give Russian forces artillery depth on Kharkov. As far as training, the average mobilized Ukrainian soldiers receives roughly 4 day to a week of training, this has been confirmed by multiple Ukrainian pow and Ukrainian soldiers. Russian forces are not planning on taking Kharkov by force.

  428. yes Ukrainian forces are dug in on the rest of the front, mainly Donetsk front where they have been dug in since 2014, the issue becomes that this training you mention is only done for a select number of brigades, not every single person who is mobilized is send to Poland or UK for training. There are multiple videos of Ukrainian soldiers training in Ukrainian who were mobilized and then send to the frontline due to the lack of manpower. You cannot say that NATO is training Ukrainian soldiers for months while manpower is needed on the frontline. As far as NATO training Ukrainian troops since 2014, you are correct, this was admitted by NATO president, but majority of those units are gone or have had to regroup and refill their ranks with new members who were not trained during the civil war portion. As far as taking the city with only 30k troops, this will not happen, there are three paths Ukrainian Command take here, non of them will be pleasant.

Ukraine can give up Kharkov, or send more resources to keep it, making this into a resource game in which russia has a clear edge.

It's furring out, when an enemy position or a fortifications is hit with artillery over and over again, the people inside based on repeated statement from surviving member of other encounters were around 4 to 5 people. In this case none survived in most case some do, this is usually don't to start breaking a line. This allows an assault team to move forward, usually around 10 men, on an all terrain vehicle supported either by bmp or tank.

  568. Its really simple, if you look at the population size of Ukraine before the war and now, Ukraine roughly lost 20 million people and 4 regions. Ukraine is now fully depended on foreign aid and equipment, billions of dollars from all over the world has been send to ukraine and millions of pieces of equipment from first old soviet stuff to now more modern equipment. Ukraine hasn't stopped mobilization since it started. All the while for two years it has gained almost no ground back, all the while nato has been suppling, training, and spying for them. Even during the counteroffensive where ukraine threw almost everything it had to breakthrough they ended up losing ground. All while Russia has become the most sanctioned country in history, and yet hasn't fallen apart like it was promised by many european leaders.

  569. Running around asking for things is not leadership, you must have missed the portion of Ukraine losing population. You can mobilize and send people over and over again, and Ukraine didn't receive small amount of arms, they receive almost the entire Soviet stockpile of Europe. Plus artillery, himars, tanks, self propelled artillery units, armored vehicles, fighting vehicles, ammo, shells, kits. If this is a one of one fight it would have been over a long time ago. Keep it mind for 8 years Europe has been sending supplies to Ukraine before 2022.

Winning in terms of ukraine surrender, or complete land control would be difficult due to large area that needs to be taken. Let me remind you, that American Forces which states they are 1st in the force for military power, lost in Afghanistan after almost 15 years of fighting and Afghanistan didn't get any help
